Realme - Received a defective product

Dear Team, Hope you are doing Well I am writing to you regarding one of my grievance in connection with one of the company named as Tatacliq an Indian e-commerce company based in Mumbai, India. Parent Company is Tata Unistore Ltd. I ordered a realme wireless earphones a month back from tatacliq. And the product i recieved was defective as one side of the earphones was not working. I asked for a return as it was clearly mentioned on the orders page that returns are applicable on this product. After filing a complaint they have refused to return the order. They are just keen on asking me a job confirmation from realme authorized service center. How is this my fault that i have received a faulty product, why should i travel **km to a realme service center to get my product checked at my expense when it is tatacliq's fault that they have delievered me a faulty product. and that too in midst of a pandemic, risking my life for their fault.
