Realme - Realme Washing machine not working

I had bought a Realme Techlife washing machine from Flipkart, which is still under warranty. Due to some defect in my machine, I requested for service on August *th of ****, but I have not received any service till date **rd of sep ****. Despite calling customer care repeatedly every day, I get only one response from them that a technician will visit your house within ** hours. However, the technician has not come to my house even once. This incident has been happening to me repeatedly for the last ** days. Therefore, I humbly request you to take strict action against Realme Techlife on this basis.
