Realme - Realme Delivery Fraud

On * Jan, I placed an order for realme store c* from your website realms.com, the order got delivered on ** Jan on an another address and was received by another person.
The order was prepaid, and the delivery service sent it to wrong person, the id provided by the receiver is also fake. they done my fake signature/ The id provided by the receiver is fake, After getting information through local public, I found that the delivery service is fraud, and they have ripped many people like this.
I tried contacting realme support multiple times but didn't get any kind of response or valid action. now its been now a month i call daily but i doest get ant action worst service i have ever get.
they done fraud with me please help me i am too poor and **** is big amount for me please contact me i will tell you everything
