I had gone to the PVR Director's Cut Rex Walk theatre on **th August ****, and had made a double payment of Rs. ***.
When I raised this issue, Mr. Jason (+** **********) told me that I would receive my money in *-* days time. But it's been * days now, and I still do not have any updates or any details regarding the refund. I'm extremely disappointed by this and I wish to raise an issue with PVR Cinemas about this. If this is the way refunds are handled, I would rather choose to never go to any PVR Cinema branch ever! Please return my money at the earliest.
