PVR Cinemas - PVR Passport Issue

PVR Passport Blackout period is one week according to PVR Terms and Conditions, So I want to book Amaran Movie tickets it is not in blackout period list also according to Terms and conditions even though they made Amaran movie as Blackout movie So movie is released on October **st Today is November **th Blackout period is Finished now I contacted them they are telling November **th Onwards you can book using passport is almost ** days. How can they change According to their wish by neglecting Terms and conditions and without information it directly Violating Terms and conditions and make people fools by showing PVR Passport.
*. According to PVR Terms and Conditions Amaran Movie is not in the Blackout period movies list they added in blackout period.
*.According to PVR Terms and Conditions PVR Blackout Period is * days and Now they are telling Amaran Movie is blockbuster so it got another one more week blackout now total ** days without informing and violating Terms and Conditions.
