Planetspark - PublicSpeaking Course Refund

I enrolled my Daughter (Thrivedha G, *th grade) for public speaking online class on **st Dec ****, during the time of enrollment planetspark counselor(Abhijeet) told me that I can cancel the subscription before my *th class and thats where i have enrolled.My daughter has attended only * classes. After that * classes, she and i have realized that their course content, Portal Web Interface (showing bad request pages and Page not displayed) and customer support are pathetic and have followed up many times and they are least bothered about that due to which, my daughter has lost interest and does not want to continue with the course.
So amidst above all concerns, i have raised these concerns to the support team on January *st week, **** and they are least bothered and delaying the issue from last ** days.
In Jan, ****, I have submitted ticket to their support team asking for enrollment cancellation and to initiate course fee refund. After so much delay, planetspark manager ( Prince) has called me last Saturday and saying am wasting their time and forcing me to continue with the classes and also insisting me to sponsor this membership to my LKG kid. They are still delaying the refund and its been almost a month. I have attached the proofs.
My daughter enrollment number is *****.
