Hi Team,
I have ordered a BPL coffee maker on **th Feb **** via the Reliance Digital portal (Order#RDF********). I received a defective product so I have raised a replacement request(Order#RDXF**********) on **th Feb **. Customer care has promised that the product will be delivered on **th Feb ** or before. I have waited till **nd Feb ** but I haven't received any update so I have raised a complaint and customer care promised to resolved within **hrs. In spite of multiple complaints and escalations, I haven't received any updates.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
