Sandeep Garg filed complaint against Croma A Tata Product on Jun 28, 2020
I, Sandeep Garg, s/o Mr Vijay Kumar Garg, resident of A ***, Kenwood Tower, Charmwood Village, Surajkund Road, Faridabad, got my Croma make micorwave oven repaired from M/s Service Point, Faridabad, which are authorised service partner of Croma. I paid a total service charge and replacement charge of Rs **** in cash vide cash receipt no ***, dated *.**.****. The very next day the said microwave oven stopped working again with the same problem of blinking. Thereafter, I have made numerous complaints and phone calls to M/s Service Point, Faridabad. But they are not sending their technician to get the necessary repair work done in my microwave oven. Everytime they keep on deferring the visit of their technician since then, which has caused me great inconvenience, agony and mental hurt. Therefore, I request you to take the necessary action against M/s Service Point and ask them to refund our Rs ****. And also an amount which ever you deem suitable for causing inconvenience and mental hurt to us because of their unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour.
