This complaint is in regards to PlayStation * which I have purchased it on **th May for ***** against order number RDF******** and the product is not even dispatched yet . I have made calls to customer care on different occasions for which I get a standard reply , ' the product is confirmed but we are not sure when the order gets delivered . It's almost a month now and I've dropped in couple emails too to which I only got one email stating I will be informed once it's shipped but now it's **th June and zero updates from reliance . This is really saddening .I wish someone looks into this and take corrective action. I'm really disappointed with reliance's ignorance.
