I placed an order on the **th of September for * t-shirts from Ajio. I received it on the *st of October. The same day I placed a return request due to the poor fabric quality.
I was told the products will be picked on the *th of October than rescheduled by Ajio to **th October and today its **th October. The product is still at my place.
Called Ajio many times each time what all they do is raising a ticket for my issue. Pissed off with their poor service.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
