I purchased one product from Bata showroom near Marathalli bangalore, As the size of the shoe was not there they said to order it through their website and they placed the order and said I will get the product in *-* days delivered to my home address but still order not delivered and refund not given.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
