Bata India Limited - Complaint regarding your product

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter in regard of your product I bought in the month of November **, ****. The product is getting torned on the edges and also having problems with the soles. I will send the pictures of the product for better understanding. I contacted to the bata store located in Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore. I spoke to the store incharge about the problem. The store incharge says that they cannot resolve it and they gave this email id and asked me to contact you in this regard. So, please resolve this issue with a proper solution with either reimbursement or exchange which is solely your responsibility as a company of bata and do the needful at the earliest.
