Delcia Lobo filed complaint against Bata India Limited on Mar 24, 2026
I ordered a belt from their retail store on ** th March ****. On the date of order it showed that the order would be delivered on **th March ****. The delivery partner had contacted me on **th morning and told that they would delivery the package but the order was not delivered and I got a notification saying that the order was not delivered because consignee was not available whereas no attempts were made to deliver the order. The same thing happened the following day but no call was made from the delivery partner. Though I tried calling the customer support no attempts were made to solve the issue and now they are not cancelling the order as well. I either want a refund or the order must delivered immediately.
