Bata India Limited - Bata not irritating refund

I had purchased bata shoes from store and choose to deliver at home. The shoe was not fitting properly. I asked for return and despite collection return didn't happen. They later told me to submit it at store. I did that and have been chasing since then for more than * weeks for refund. They are not responding to emails and give fake assurance on call.
