I ordered two products via paytm mall. Lifebuoy handwash ***ml pack and nescafe **gm jar.. on *rd october delhivery courier service delivered my package. After unboxing I am just shocked there is no lifebuoy handwash pack inside my parcel and they send me nescafe **gm jar instead of ** gm jar. I paid money for these two products in advance.. Paytm mall completely send me wrong item and one of my item completely missing.. invoice bill shows both the products but in reality they not delivered me as per invoice. Pls take serious action. My order no is **********..I already informed them but no response from their side....I am attaching invoice.
