Have ordered Air conditioner online through www.reliancedigital.in on *th April ****. At first the message indicated that the item will be delivered on *th April ****, but did not received the item, but received message that item is delivered. When asked in customer care, it was informed as technical problem and item will be delivered on **th April ****. This time on **th April **** i received mail with invoice as well tracking information as delivered, but still the item is not received at my end. Raised customer complaint and they are asking me to wait for ** to ** hours. The registered complaint status is also not taken forward when followup. I have done prepayment and now under stress because of the services provided by Reliance Digital and also Reliance Digital Customer Care.
