DTDC - Product not delivered and Customer care not respond my call

One of my Important products sent via DTDC courier service on the **th of September ****, on the **th of September it was showing that my product is out for delivery. but the product is not delivered yet(**-**-****). *st time I called them on the **th of September one lady pick my phone. I asked her to explain why it is not delivered yet and make a complaint against it. She said it will be delivered tomorrow ( which is the **th of September), and cut the phone. Today also I checked it shows that its delivery date is rescheduled. I called in customer care and request them to launch a complaint. the arrange a call form there technical team, But I have not received any call from there end. I have lost about ***** thousand and also they harass me for the delivery related issue. I am not sure why they did it and by when I will receive my products. Please help me and give me a truth justice by this type of loss and harassment.
