I had purchased a JBL T*** pure bass In-Ear Earphones with mic from Paytm Mall on ** Jul **** through mobile no: *********. I made a payment of online via HDFC debit card. On ** July order status shows delivered however I have not received any product from their side. I have tried fixing the problem via call and email but they are not responding.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
