Jeevanand Chinnadurai filed complaint against Amazon India on Oct 18, 2018
I ordered a product on Amazon for one day delivery on **th October **** and so far I have not received the product; called customer care multiple times but getting the same answer to wait for ** to ** hours.
I don't understand the logic, as I have already paid/ordered for one day delivery and the product has not reached me even after * days. Now they ask me to wait for ** to ** hours or cancel the order, now if I cancel the order and an place an order somewhere else, I will have to wait again. I just wanted to give the mobile to somebody who is leaving me today.
This has given me a very negative experience against Amazon, going forward I will think twice before placing any order in Amazon. Probably I will shift to other e-commerce sites.
