Ordered iPhone X on **th July from amazon and received on **th July, accepted because of extra bubble wrap in the package giving us an illusion that there is product inside but received an empty box with only adapter & manuals.Contacted jeff@amazon.in & customer support,they asked me to wait for investigation till *thAug.I waited because I trust & been shopping with amazon since years even though it is a huge amount.

Now claiming I got the phone , Which is incorrect and informed they have the video of the product being packed . when I asked the video of the product being delivered to me until then they said they don't have such video .
On *th August three members from Amazon.in barged into the house when only my aunt was present without notifying me of their arrival at indecent hour at **:**hrs.
My aunt panicked by the situation,but answered their questions and also explained them the situation.
A person named Tilak from amazon reached me and asked me to Whats App him the images as a proof with Id proof and I did send him what he asked the next day,he also asked me the invoice of the product which I sent him.
And now amazon is denying the refund without providing proper proof of their investigation. I need my refund immediately for being a loyal customer for many years with atleast more than *** orders and ****+ products placed.
On **th Aug at **:**pm a guy from amazon support has called regarding the issue and said that they are going to restart investigation again on what went wrong,to suppport this on the next day the seller Mr.Karanveer Singh called me ,asked me several questions about my issue and said they are also investigating on this issue until today but amazon is denying of any such investigation is live .The seller every time asks me to remove the review regarding iphoneX from amazon.in every time I whatsapp him.
Im out of patience and had to file a complaint on both the amazon.in and the seller and can take no more mental strain that is making go mad. Kindly do the justice and get me my money back .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
