RELIANCE DIGITAL - Product missing in the box

I have order two phones i.e. oppo A**s * gb and ** gb and oppo A** * gb and ** gb and the order number is RDF********.

When i have received both the phones, when I open the c box (outer box which is packed by reliance digital) and found that the boxes of both the phones are teared and no mobile phone is found inside the c box.
I have initiated a complaint on date: **/**/** and today your team has closed it without proper resolution and so again i have initiated complaint and the complaint number is PR********.

Issue: boxes of both the phones are teared and no mobile phone is found inside the c box, c box (outer box) is teared off from below side and sealed again with white cello tape.
When i called again in customer care today (**/**/**) they said that your issue has been resolved and also tweet on the twitter and i have received same reply, they said that our people has packed the mobile inside the box, but it is their responsibility to deliver the proper item to the customer, there are many questions like that delivery boy or from transist one has removed mobile phones by opening the box.
