On *nd october i have ordered a smartphone (samsung s** fe *g) from Amazon India app on great Indian sale, and now its been ** days since i have placed my order and there is no update regarding my order and till now its not been dispatched and shipped. whenever i call amazon customer care support, they always says that it will be dispatched in **-** working hours. from last one week i am listening the same thing from them and they are not providing any help or update regarding my order. i have put up a complain in amazon India social team, since its been * days and they have not provided an single update to me regarding my order. they are just fooling me around.
