Byju's representative Imraam visited my home on **/**/** he demonstrated that product and insisted for trying the product for ** days. He took ***** from us and said that it will be refunded if not satisfied and no emi will be deducted from my account without my consent. But in spite of my daughter not liking it no one contacted us and started the EMI deduction from my account. Receipt no TNL *********** date **/**/**.
