I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase and the subsequent service I have received. I purchased a John Jacobs frame from Lenskart on February **, ****. Just one week after the purchase, the frame became loose, and now, less than six months later, it has completely broken. I have had it repaired four times at the same shop, but the frame's quality is clearly subpar.

At the time of purchase, I was assured of a one-year warranty. However, I am now being told that this breakage is not covered under the warranty. Additionally, during the purchase, I was strongly encouraged to opt for a gold membership, and now I am being pressured to buy insurance. This feels like nothing more than a marketing strategy to cover up the poor quality of the products.

I have been a loyal customer of Lenskart for over a decade, but this recent experience has severely tarnished my perception of your brand. I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service I have received.

I expect Lenskart to honor the warranty that was promised at the time of purchase and provide a satisfactory resolution to this issue.
