Lenskart John Jacobs - Poor quality lenses

I am one of your customers.
I had purchased spectacles for short sight may be in Jan **** which is also a bifocal and UV protection coating and costed me INR ****.**. I was the told that whatever lens i have chosen is the best in class.
I have noticed that some kind of layer formation in both the lenses in Sep ****. After close examining i understood that it is some kind of coating what Lenskart have coated is getting peeled off from all the sides of both the lenses from the corner of the frame and therefore i am unable to use the spectacles due to difference in the vision (blurry where coating is present and clear where coating got pealed off).
I am very sorry to say that even after paying INR ****, the quality of the lens offered is miserable which is evident from the spectacles. I can understand the damages occurring due to mishandling. But this one is absolutely due to the poor quality of lens/ manufacturing from Lenskart and it shows how valuable is the product from Lenskart for hard earned money that we pay.

I could have easily gone for international brands like Essilor for the cost I paid Lenskart which was trustworthy for quality.
I went to the shop for reporting the issue. However, the request got rejected as the problem occurred after the warranty period. But still peeling of coating of a super quality lens from Lenskart immediately after the warranty period by itself is something we need to question
It occurred on: */**/****
Lenskart needs to take this matter with utmost serious as this questions the quality of their product and need to replace the lens at the earliest or pay back the amount if not possible to replace the lens so that I can go with some other lens as I am suffering from sight issue.
