I'm hereby requesting a refund as soon as possible due to the cheap quality of frames being sold in lenskart store, kammanahalli branch next to naturals icecream store.
I bought * frames, buy one get one offer spent Rs.**,***/- out of which * are progressive and being a progressive lens user my line of sight shouldn't move, frames after ** days of usage is falling of my face, it doesn't sit well on my ears at all. I'm unable to drive it keeps falling off. I cant climb the stairs when I look down it falls, as a matter of fact I cant do any work because it's constantly sliding and falling off. I've tripped and fell several times because of altered vision and frame keeps coming off. I'm suffering with this problem with all * of my frames due to this I'm getting severe migraine headaches whenever I'm using any one of the * frames instantly all thanks to lenskart for providing me with such horrible quality of frames which cant stay in its place as intended. How can a frame get loose within ** days of usage ? This shows the utterly cheap quality of frames being sold at unbelievably higher price, I'm getting the same frames on sheen.com for less than Rs.***/-
I went to the store regarding this issue all they had to say was use both your hand while taking off or while wearing your specks. I've been using specks even since I was a child from *nd grade until now i.e. approximately ** years plus since I'm using specks I know how to handle it ! I've bought frames throughout my life but never have I encountered such a problem.
Staffs at the store tightened the screws which I thought the matter was resolved at the moment, frames got loose again within the next day, the frame which I was wearing to drive back home fell by the time I got back home ! I visited the store the second time all they did was tightening the screw again which was of no use at all even the second time. The staffs are not taking this issue seriously and washing their hands off by giving careless response but when I was buying frames they were all good showing me all the frames and options I have at their store and carving a bill amounting to Rs.*****/-
I'm very disappointed with lenskart and feel robbed after spending Rs.*****/- at the store I'm not able to use the frames as it's not serving the sole purpose. Is this the kind of quality and response I get from lenskart ? I feel I've made the wrong choice by choosing your brand over others !
Im hereby kindly requesting a full refund of my amount I'm not one bit satisfied with my buy failing to which I'll be forced to go to the consumer
When I reviewed on play store your people gave me the wrong email address 'wecare@lenskart.com'
I even spoke to customer care they were ignorant and my problem is not resolved.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
