Aaditya Soni filed complaint against zomato food app on May 6, 2021
I had ordered a cake through Zomato food app, on ** April ****, but got damaged cake, the shape of the cake was destroyed by the delivery man.
When I complaint about the issue they told that the amount of the concerned order will refunded to the account, but its been ** days now I haven't received my refund, I had continuously talking about the issue with Zomato app customer care but they are least bother about my problem, and they are not refunding my amount. Hence I want to file complaint against Zomato.
