Apple - Problem in Apple iPhone XS Max

I bought Iphone Xs Max in December and in june it had a problem in its display for which i went to the apple service centre-Punjabi bagh, new delhi and the replaced the display.

And now after almost * months, the screen started having a movement and there is a slight gap between the display and the lower body for which i again went to the apple authorised service centre, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi and they again changed the display but the problem did not get solved and they asked me to have a word with apple customer care.

I had a word at apple customer care but they said that they are only there to
Help you out with software things and not the hardware things.
I really appreciate the efforts of apple of making a fool out of me and its too irritating moving back and forth for such a thing which is not even consumers fault and this is Apple’s own fault .

I really want apple to Replace my device as I cannot afford to lose the data and submit my phone again and again because I haven’t bought a phone for getting it repaired twice in */*months.
I am really sorry to say but i know how I managed to save each and every penny for it and this is what i got.
