Ordered day to day grocery items on Jio Mart on *rd June ****, expected maximum delivery date was *th June ****. On *th June without informing me the date was changed to *th June. On *th June ****, without confirming with me the complete Order was returned.
When checked with customer care, they are saying technical issue. As its their fault, i am expecting an penalty from their end.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
