Reliance Digital Took a pre-order for PS* and sent success SMS and mail. After a day, they wilfully cancelled my pre-order and sent me an SMS that I requested the cancellation. I stopped ordering from other sites in this limited time pre-order as soon as I got confirmation from Reliance. There are ***s of folks who are facing the same issue. Reliance is not even acknowledging that they made a blunder and it cost gaming fans a delay of *-* months in getting their hands on the new console. They might refund the money but this is a fraudulent business practice, Not to mention, they increased their revenue by the pre-orders and would be earning interest on each order amount till they refund.
