I ordered a PS*+GT* bundle from Reliance digital and it has been delayed for more than a week. I even went to the delivery centre myself and figured out what the problem was. I communicated the exact issue to Reliance digital(they have not provided e-way bill number to their delivery partner) and could not get this resolved. Their customer service is of no help. All they tell the customer is to wait. There is no resolution
Given the cost of the product it is ridiculous that reliance digital has such a laid back attitude towards resolving this issue. All it would take is an associate taking * mins of time to resolve this issue. Yet it drags on.
My complaint DR******** has gone unattended for over * days now.
Paid ~**,*** to them upfront.
I have had to make multiple trips to the delivery centre.
I have wasted countless hours of my time on this as well, being on call with customer care from the delivery partner as well as Reliance digital. They have been only feeding me lies. It has been a torture and has affected my mental health over the last couple of weeks.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
