After booking porter, i was trying to update the location to the destination as the driver was facing some issue, when i was not able to change it, i saw a + sign and clicked on it. I did not understand that the additional trip location got added, there is no way to add a third location as well. I did not ask for any additional location, but extra money got deducted and the customer care would not even refund it. The issue is with the app, they dont have any way of tracking any additional trip added, nor do they show any alert of additional charges in case of adding any trip. And no refund policy even if customer clicked on + icon and it is still showing that no extra trip was done.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
