Thomson - Poorest after sales service of Thomson

Poorest of poor after sales support of Thomson. I m facing problem with my TV and your third party Jeeves is charging huge price towards visit charge of **** rs. Also refusing to give any bill against this. Also very poor behaviour over phone call from Indore office. My TV is out of warranty and ready to pay amount for repair but against bill or standard charges list of Thomson. I will never recommend Thomson product to anyone.
Sorry to say but u don't have any customer support. Shame.
