Not happy with customer service and the service provided by them, called them multiple times it fixed for timing being and starts again, fed up paying there visiting charge and the monthly recharge of *** ,also have complained to the nodal officer no response yet , going through mental harresment by them and had a lot of financial loss. I hope platform will help others and shut the service provider like Videocon dth as they are pathetic
