Kunal Girdhar filed complaint against Ola on Feb 26, 2023
I would like to inform you that on Sunday **th Feb , I have visited from New Delhi Railway station towards my home Gurgaon from CRN no - ********** and as far as i remember i have opted for cash payment not ola postpaid and in between the ride i got a notification for Ola postpaid payment and not sure whether i selected as yes or no.
As soon as i reach home driver told me to check my phone as he is not getting what amount needs to be paid as his phone is not working and i have checked it was Rs *** and i have paid the case to the driver of Rs *** to driver and when i checked my phone money was also deducted from my Ola Postpaid account.
When I called the Customer Support care and they called the driver and he simply denied that i didnt make a hard cash payment to him and I told them that I have cctv proof which shows that hard payment was made and driver is lying. The Customer support simply denied to provide me resolution and told me to make the payment of Rs. *** and said that they wont believe any cctv footage etc.
I request you to kindly look into this priority and I am attaching CCTV footages for the same as a proof.
