I am writing to express my concern regarding my Ola S* Air, which has been at your service centre for the past ** days for a motor replacement. Despite repeated follow-ups, the service centre technicians have informed me that the motor is still not available, and no clear timeline has been provided for the resolution of this issue.
This prolonged delay is causing significant inconvenience, as I rely on my vehicle for daily commuting
