I placed a food order through Ola Foods on [**-**-****], and the total amount paid was ₹***.**. The order status shows “delivered” in the app, but I never received the food.
There was no call or message from the delivery partner, and I was unable to reach any customer support. I tried raising the issue through the app, but no resolution or refund has been provided.
This caused financial loss and frustration. I am requesting a full refund of ₹***.** and a formal response regarding the delivery failure.
