Invoice not provided for fulfilled rides since September ****.
App is not even showing the past rides taken, which makes it even more difficult to make any claims.
I confidently remember taking * cab rides on *rd September, as that I had documented for a personal reason. But I don't have invoices to claim reimbursements from my office. And it's quite likely I took other rides which I can't remembers and have no way to see if they are also eligible for reimbursement from my office, which basically means a loss for me. There is absolutely no provision to reach out any customer care number. Only email. and the responses are all automated.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
