Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - Poor service delivery by Make my Trip

We had booked a trip to Sikkim, Pelling and Darjeeling via Make my trip. The trip included flights. The booked flights were by Gofirst.
*. Gofirst flights got cancelled, with no refund. We were asked by MMT to book another flight at our cost. Ideally MMT should have made another arrangement.
*. It was promised at the time of booking that there will be a single driver for the entire trip, however there was a new driver every single day.
*. We had booked a toy train special package...and on the scheduled day of Toytrain, we were told that toy train ticket is not available. The train had to be rescheduled. This led to disorganization in the schedule and a cause of mental agony.
*. The driver in Darjeeling didnot do his duty. He never came in time to pickup us at the hotel
*. On the day when we got toy train ticket (i.e. the next day) the driver refused to come and pick up to reach till toy train boarding station. He asked to ho to the station by walk. The travellers were both senior citizens and walking in that terrain is difficult. We had to book another cab worth **** rupees ro reach till toy train.
*. Due to unprofessional behavior of driver, we missed * sights in Darjeeling.
