Makemytrip.com - Poor service by makemytrip for cab service

I booked a can to travel from Ludhiana to Amritsar @ ** pm on **.**.**. the driver didn't turn up till **.** pm and there was no response on the phone number shaed with us by MMT. I called customer service twice and another number was given to me for driver. This was also a wrong number. After many calls and waiting over *.** hrs I got a call from some vendor giving me flimsy excuses like driver forgot his phone at home and someone died in the family. Then a driver called to say he is at least ** mins away. Terrible customer service by MMT in the whole episode as they refused to take ownership of vendor performance and suggested I find alternative arrangements.

In the meantime * of my family members have been agonizing over the delay including kids up to * years old. We had a family lunch planned in Amritsar where a restraunt is chasing us for it.
