EUREKA FORBES LTD. - Poor service and product not working

I've purchased an Air Purifier from Eureka Forbes Dr Aeroguard a year back. After a long wait, I've received the product (for this I've to register a consumer complaint). Now, what happened was last October the product became faulty and again after a long wait on January somebody came home to check it. He removed everything and cut the wires from inside to find the error. At last, they found that it happened because of the adapter. Until now it's been lying like that. They said that they will come within a week and it's been two months no one has come. This a pure act of negligence and making a fool of customer and also the service people don't know anything about the product.
Hence I humbly request you kindly take action and ask them to give me a refund, since in future I am very sure they will behave like this and I will have to scrap this product. Hope you understand my situation. I'm attaching a picture of the product also I am ready to produce the same at your end for verification. This is my second time giving a consumer complaint about the said item.
