hello, i have been facing many issues in my * year and * month old royal enfield himalayan BS* due to serious bad quality components. i purchased the bike on ** th January **** From usha motors, jalgaon. i have faced several near to death issues due to engine shutting down while ridding on highway and the service center always ignored my complaints and never treat me as they should. In Jan motors, surat is also bad service center where i have to visit multiple times to replace my parts or service my bike. I have replaced more than ** parts due to the bad qality and death threatening incidences. following is the list of bad components fitted and replaced by Royal Enfield . * - * times Handelbar t cone set (* times they just greased the rusty T-bar) * - * times Total lock set * - * times handel bar * - * magneto coil * - * Times cdi unit(due to which bike shuts down anytime) *- * speedo meter *- * handle bar lower bracket * - * times handel bearing. right now i am facing engine noise and in the last servicing i specifically told them to look into the deapth of the problem but they denied to service it and I had to visit * times after the servicing to the service center ** km far from my home, just to solve the problem but they were not accepting the problem. i have visited the service centers more than ** times and spent around **,*** /- on servicing the bike and spent my professional timing chasing for good service and servicing . I have been claimed that I will get more **,*** km warranty on excising **,*** km warranty but later on they denied and told me we haven't discussed anything like that, but I have the recording of south gujarat manager stating to me that I will get the Extra compensation of **,*** km I hope i will the justice in the form of money i spent on Buying the vehicle, servicing, my time and the near to death incidents due the bad quality in the form of Money comprehensions of *,**,*** and the return of the himalayan to the dealer
