I purchased samsung galaxy note**lite on november****.within * months the phone got defected the charging slot not working.when I visited the service center located at kalyan west the staff & service engineer are sitting over there to misguide ,fool & to trapped the customers by giving wrong information to customers & trapped them in such a way that customer forcefully has to pay the amount though phone is under warranty period. They mint money by trapping & fooling customers in the name of extra warranty.when you inform the head office at Gurgaon they don't bother they will say it's your mistake & it happened with your permission. Going to Samsung service center means get fooled & trapped by loosing your money.they are not refunding the money also. They are asking the customers to get evidences as if customer has done the crime.pls be careful while buying Samsung phones & visiting their service centers.
It's a big shame & black spot on Samsung such a big brand is doing such such cheap & worst thing.
