I have processed an exchange for a spectacles and the order ID is **********. The pickup date was **th of February (Saturday). But the courier tried to visit me on **th (Friday). I am having my ISC board exams and my first exam was on **th only. So my mother asked the courier to visit in the evening or next day. The courier never called me and not visited too. Today the return is cancelled.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
