Zoya filed complaint against zomato food app on Aug 6, 2019
I have ordered from zomato multiple times and some or the other issue happens and then when I chat with the support they take their sweet time to respond and they are so rude like when it’s their mistake they still blame it on us and will not cancel the order and refund the money back it’s just so disappointing I would rather order from swiggy they don’t do shit like this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
