I have paid and I got the ACT fibernet connection installed on ** Feb **. Since it was not as expected and the Apps are not user friendly , I have cancelled the connection on **.*.** itself by email . ACT responded by cancelling the account saying the router will be removed within * days which did not happen .My complaints to customer care did no yield results .There is no proper response from ACT
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
