BigBasket - Poisoned product received

There were two orders in that big order - One was the damaged bread half eaten by a rodent from below, and without the notice it we ate half of it. I just recovered from Covid do you think I need more things in my life to affect my body. And the second thing was brown eggs which looks like the painted version of cheapest quality white eggs but ok they accepted teh return for that. But brown eggs are supposed to be most healthy with dark yellow colored yolk not lemon color. Tried to reach customer care but it's been ** mins the page for complaint is still loading.
