Planetspark - Planetspark gave false commitments and enrolled into a course

We had made an enquiry for a personal development coaching program for my son and after few introductory calls we were asked to join an online * hour recorded counselling session.
This session was attended by myself and my son and during the session we had only * request about the time of sessions and days of the week. We had agreed to enroll as we were provided the confirmation in the recorded session that my son's classes will be weekdays Mon - Friday and timing will be as per our choice and we had opted between ** - **noon. After making the payment the first class with the teacher was scheduled at *am which we raised a concern and we Planetspark then reassigned a new teacher to take session at **am. Post this the first session was scheduled at *am for day* and then the second session was scheduled at **am. At this point I had raised a complaint ticket in their portal and they mentioned I can select the slots on my own and make the changes however when I revisited the portal the slots available at **am was only during Sat n Sunday. I again got back to them on the portal with a new ticket mentioning the same and then requested for cancellation and refund as the portal was not allowing me to choose the timings and days agreed with me on the call. On this they rescheduled the classes to **am on Sat and Sun which was again not as committed to us. This is when I again insisted to cancel and refund the money as they were unable to provided the committed weekday batches and not the time also. They have declined my request for refund and also rejected my request to share the recorded video where their counsellor had clearly committed weekdays batch between **am - **noon. Hence, left with no choice I am approaching the consumer forum for file a case against false commitment and unfair trade practices.
