Samsung - phone repair should cover under warranty

I have purchased Samsung galaxy z flip - * phone in September ****. Suddenly on **th March **** phone’s flap was not opening fully and rest all the other things are working properly. Immediately I visited authorised service centre near me after inspection by service centre it has been told me that phone is having impact which is microscopic and shared one report stating list of dates phone has been fallen. Best of my knowledge phone has not been fallen. Company is not ready to cover phone repair under warranty. Here I want to highlight that Company Customer Support executive is now giving me **% discount on repair cost (*****/- approx.) after long follow up of ** days.
Samsung is silent when I asked to provide the criteria on which discount has been decided.
I want my phone to be covered under warranty. This is my right.
