I bought realme * pro *gb ram ***gb rom from flipkart on March ** and it was delivered on March ** . It showed issue of random switch off which I presumed to be fixed in new update. I contact their service team through mails and all I got was troubleshooting steps and none of it resolved. I visited * of their authorised service centres in Cuttack and bhubaneswar no of them have been able to resolve the issues . Since June *nd **** and they have still not resolved it I have left without the phone for more than *months inspite of paying for it. I have written to NATIONAL CONSUMER PORTAL AND PUBLIC GRIEVANCE PORTAL they have even forwarded the concern to company but still they have not responded. I feel like cheated atleast they refund me the money so that I can buy a new mobile and continue my studies.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
